Rome Fortune Drops New Mixtape With Production From Bloodpop, Toro Y Moi

If Australian audiences weren’t already across Atlanta rapper Rome Fortune they are now after he featured on What So Not and George Maple’s Buried. Now, he’s dropped a new mixtape VVORLDVVIDE PIMPSATION with a stacked list of producers and features including iLoveMakonnen, Bloodpop and Toro Y Moi.

It’s an 11-track effort with each track channeling that distinct, slightly off-kilter Rome Fortune sound. Apparently he decided to release it because he wanted to give his fans some music for the summer and there’s plenty of summer-tinged cuts here.

“Its purpose was to give insight & understanding to why I am how I am for my fans,” he said of the project (via P&P).

“But it’s hot as hell and with all the crazy shit going on right now, giving my fans anything but fun music would be selfish. Beautiful Pimp 3 will be everything it’s supposed to be but this should hold everybody over for now.”
