10 years ago JoJo released her second album The High Road and spent a long time after that in a tussle with her record label who basically blocked her from releasing anything. Thankfully, she’s overcome that and gone right ahead and released her third album Mad Love.

For many of you, she may have been resigned to a nostalgia act but Mad Love proves she’s still as relevant as ever with that silky, powerful voice and feel for slinky melodies.

Remi Ma, Alessia Cara and Wiz Khalifa all feature on the record as do 15 full stops which for some reason proceed the title of every song.

Full stops considered, we hope this isn’t a full stop for another 10 years because Mad Love proves she’s got bangers on the brain.
