Canberra duo The Aston Shuffle have dropped a slamming new single Make A Wrong Thing Right, their third huge release for this year following on from the massive Only 1 featuring Nathaniel S Lewis. This latest one is already racking up thousands of plays online and looks set to be another big club hit for them this year.

As triple j selectors, The Aston Shuffle know how to put together a killer playlist. We asked them to put together a list of songs they’re vibing right now and it’s a party playlist full of throbbing deep house and howling techno. They move from Duke Dumont to Patrick Topping, packing big names and newcomers in between. Listen below and also read why they selected each track.

Duke Dumont – Be Here
The Duke can really do no wrong. This is off his new For Club Play Only E.P which is more focused on his club sound but it still has those pop sensibilities that’s seeing him slay the charts

KDA – Say That
Mikah’s tune of the year so far.. Deep, hypnotic tech house with Tinashe on vocals. What more could you want?

Destructo and Wax Motif – Catching Plays feat Pusha T & Starrah
This is going down so well in the more banging parts of our Dj sets lately. Great production and killer features!

Crookers – Beautiful
The Crookers have been killing it in 2016. This will def crossover for sure! love that sample!

Kideko & George Kwali – Crank It (Après Remix)
We smashed the crap out of the original and we’re currently smashing the crap out of this remix. Après’ take on the song is on a deeper balearic tip but we can’t get enough of it!

KC Lights – Temptation
One of our favourite producers at the moment and this song, in particular, has been killing it for us. Love the production and the chopped up piano hook. very cool!

Offaiah – Trouble
Easily one of the biggest tunes getting around right now. Kills it every time, even with a crowd that aren’t familiar with the track yet

Jax Jones – House Work
Another contender for tune of the year? We think so. That vocal is just so damn infectious!

Jonas Rathsman – Complex Ft. Josef Salvat
One of our favourite producers partnering up with one of our favourite vocalists. This is pure class!

LO’99 – Make Me Feel
Local homie LO’99 dropped a dope new single. He’s gonna be blowing up very soon. We got a collab with him in the works, stay tuned!!!!

Mogey – Deeper Love
This producer is relatively undiscovered but we’re sure that won’t last long! This was easily one of the biggest tracks in our recent Australian tour

Phlegmatic Dogs – Next Level
This track definitely ain’t for the faint-hearted. It’s seriously slamming but if you drop it at the right time during your set, it will blow the roof off. It’s got an all-time classic sample too

Jordan Burns – Champagne
Another local homie from Australia doing great things. This track is an absolute monster!

Patrick Topping – Taking Libz
This track is a great vibe changer. It’s has a super catchy groove so it can come off the back of some banging stuff or it can help build into some deeper sounds. Tracks like these are key in helping you move through different genres in a longer dj set
