Troye Sivan’s ‘Animal’ Is A Slow-Burning Love Song

Troye Sivan has dropped Animal, the last song off his forthcoming Bloom.

It’s the fourth track to be released from the record and it makes total sense as a closer. It’s a slow-moving, elongated love song that works up to its climax amidst a howling guitar that flirts its way in and out.

Its climax isn’t huge, rather it’s the kind of ending that Frank Ocean explored on Blonde – a crumbling, distorting beat under a distant vocal.

Bloom is out 31st August and this will be the final song to drop before the album’s release.
